There was palpable tension in Patey, Lagos Island as officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) invaded the area and shot sporadically at youths who tried to resist their search operations..

Many youths have been feared dead following the massive shooting, with eyewitnesses and residents in the area expressing fear.
