Cuadrado speaks on handing over Juve no. 7 jersey to Ronaldo
Colombia winger, Juan Cuadrado has confirmed that he will be handing over his no. 7 shirt at Juventus to Cristiano Ronaldo.
Cuadrado has willingly given that up, in order to allow the new arrival have the number that he is most closely associated with.
“It’s better to give than to receive,” he wrote in an Instagram post.
“Blessings to Cristiano Ronaldo on this new adventure.”
Ronaldo is set to join the Serie A champions, after they agreed a stunning €112million deal with Real Madrid on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old will sign a four-year deal, taking him to when he is 37.
