Kylian Mbappe’s continued fine form for Paris Saint-Germain has seen him linked with various other clubs throughout his tenure in the French capital. But one big surprise story could have come true had Hollywood and Spiderman actor Tom Holland been better at negotiating – after the English-born star tried to convince him to join Tottenham..

Holland, 25, started his acting career with a lead role in ‘The Impossible’ in 2012 aged just 16.

Having progressed since then, he became world-famous for his role as Spider-Man in ‘Captain America: Civil War’ in 2017, winning multiple awards since.

Due to feature in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ which made its premiere on Monday, the London-born star has been doing media coverage ahead of release day.

And in a video posted by OddsBible, the actor told of how he once tried to tempt Mbappe to north London – only to be met with rejection.
