A man left residents in shock after brutally assassinating his wife and child before committing suicide.

According to media sources, police in the Kagera area of Tanzania are investigating the death of three members of the same family from the village of Mayondwe in the region’ s Muleba district.

It is said that Sudi Mwamadi, a man, killed his wife identified as Editha and her son, Sawia, having supposedly converted from Islam to Christianity.

After he murdered the two men, it is said that he turned on himself and ended his life.

A police chief from Mulebe province in Tanzania announced the bad news to the people of the region. That’ s after he brought the bodies of a family to the morgue.

The decease of the three members of the family is allegedly said to have been caused by a man named Sudi Mwamadi, the head of the family who supposedly committed suicide and the other two members of the family.

Sudi is said to have killed his wife, Edith, and son, Samia, for converting from Islam to Christianity without his knowledge or consent. Unfortunately, after the murder of her family, Sudi committed suicide as well.

The bodies of the three were taken to the mortuary where further investigations are underway. The chief of police has condemned this law and urged consultations and before taking such measures that do not even settle the matter.
