Man appreciates doctor who broke protocols to save his life 4 years ago
A Twitter user has taken to the platform to shower praises on a young medical practitioner who stood by him and made sure he survives a critical condition in 2017.
According to Tochukwu Ezeukwu with username @Towchukwu, the house officer – a doctor in the first two years after qualification in a hospital – made sure he got blood transfusion at the cost of his job just to make sure he survives.
In his words;
“A House Officer saved my life in LUTH on the 10th of November 2017. He stood by me while everyone else afraid of blood stood aloof. Revived me when I passed out, broke protocol to get me blood and transfused me. His name is Dr. Amaechina. Where ever you are, thank you, again.”
As luck would have it, the doctor in question stumbled on the appreciation tweet and responded.
