Man Of The Match Iwobi Revels In Arsenal’s Thrilling Comeback Victory

The Gunners put up a masterclass act in the second half, completing a comeback against their ambitious visitors.
Alex Iwobi has revelled in yet another Arsenal victory after Unai Emery’s men made it 10 in as many games with Leicester City’s defeat.

The Gunners started on the back foot, even going behind to a Hector Bellerin own goal before Mesut Ozil’s well-worked finish ensured they went into the break levelled.

Lovely pair of strikes from substitute Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the space of three minutes wrapped up what was an interesting second half for the Gunners, with Iwobi the star of the show.

The Nigeria international took to the social media to revel in the moment as the north London outfit climbed to the fourth spot in the log after winning straight 10 games in all competitions for the first time since 2007

“That’s What We Like! Another Win! Prince Strikes Again,” Iwobi wrote on Twitter.

The rejuvenated versatile midfielder has not hidden his desire for an 11th consecutive victory and will hope they secure it in Thursday’s Europa League clash against Sporting CP away in Portugal.
