“If you don’t succeed, there’s no evidence that you tried your best” – Burna Boy Lament
Nigerian Grammy-winning singer, Damini Ogulu also known as Burna Boy, has shared some nuggets about life and the need to succeed.
He said there would be no evidence that someone tried their best in life of they don’t end up being successful.
The self-acclaimed African Giant stated this in a video, adding that such a person would always have to explain themselves if there is no evidence by way of their hardwork yielding fruits.
Burna Boy noted that nobody would believe a person that claims to have worked very hard if they have nothing to show for it.
He went on to suggest that is the reason he and his team are working aggressively hard to make it in the industry.
He said; “For this life, if you no make am, no evidence say you try your best. You go dey explain tire, you go explain, explain, explain, because no evidence say you try your best if you no make am for this life.
No be the one wey we go kpai now, they’ll say oh! he tried his best, how do you know?”
