Dino Melaye Shares Video Of Atiku At Table To Counter FFK’s Ill-health Claims
Former Kogi Senator and spokesmen of the Atiku Presidential Campaign Organisation, Dino Melaye has taken to Twitter to share a video of the People’s Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar to rubbish rumours that Atiku collapsed and is in the hospital..
The video posted on Wednesday shows Atiku waiting to be served breakfast at his hotel.
With him was the Minority leader of the House of Representatives, Ndudi Elumelu, and longtime associate Timi Frank.
Melaye captioned his video, “See President in waiting by the grace of God dinning peaceful. Every lie have an expiry date.”
The video counters allegations made by a spokesman of the Tinubu-Shettima Campaign Council, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Monday.
Mr Fani-Kayode had claimed that Atiku fell ill while in Kaduna and was hurriedly flown out of the country for treatment.
“After his outing in Kaduna yesterday @atiku fell ill. He complained of dizzy spells& severe pains in his head& all over his body throughout the flight to Abuja. After landing at Abuja airport he collapsed. He was flown to Paris for medical attention immediately. God be with him.
“For the purposes of damage control they took pictures of him with others the following morning from Paris but please do not be fooled. There is something very wrong with the PDP pres. candidate in terms of his health & they don’t want the Nigerian public to know. Pray for him,” he tweeted.
The APC’s claims followed those also made by PDP about the health of the APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu.
