“Peter Obi Left N75 Billion For Anambra State After His Tenure, Nobody Has Done It” – Victor Umeh Reveals

Chief Victor Umeh, the senatorial candidate of the Labour Party (LP) for Anambra Central for the 2023 election, has revealed one of Peter Obi’s achievements during his time as the Governor of Anambra State.

Speaking while appearing on Arise TV, Chief Umeh stated that after Peter Obi completed his tenure as the Governor of Anambra State, he left behind N75 billion for the incoming government.

Unlike other politician who don’t have the culture of saving money, Chief Umeh stated that Peter Obi has this rare quality which is currently distinguishing him from his two major opponents.

His words:

“On leaving the office after serving the state for eight years, Peter Obi left N75 billion for the government. No government has done it in Nigeria, even federal government can’t boast of doing such. Politician are not used to leaving money for another person, but he had the culture of doing work and saving money, this distinguishes him from his opponents.”
