Oyinbo Couple Sue Neighbor And His Chicken To Court Over….

An elderly German, Friedrich-Wilhelm K. and his wife, Jutta have sued their neighbor to court over nuisance. Friedrich said their neighbor owns a cockerel, Magda, which they claim crows 200 times a day; an act which they described as ‘torture’.

The couple have kick-started their plans to take Magda’s owner, Michael, to the district court over the crows. Daily mail reports that the couple insisted that Magda begins crowing from 8am in the morning and it is disturbing.

White couple want Magda removed This continues till the end of the day and they can no longer condone the torture because they are not young anymore. They want the bird taken out of their next-door neighbour’s home in Bad Salzuflen in western Germany.

‘We can’t use the garden and we can’t open any windows. He doesn’t start until 8am because he is locked up at night but then he crows 100 to 200 times throughout the day. It’s unbearable.

Jutta added: ‘It’s hard to talk about torture, but that’s what it’s like.’
