The late singer’s husband made this proclamation while speaking at a High Court premises in Abuja on Friday, June 3 where he had been arraigned.
Mr. Peter also debunked reports of domestic violence perpetrated against his late wife.
He added that he’s suffering for what he didn’t do and has consequently been abandoned by many.
“Let me tell the whole world, I have suffered a lot. I have been abandoned. What killed my wife was cancer of the lungs, I didn’t hit my wife.
In a recent development, the court remanded Peter Nwachukwu in Kuje Prison today.
This is coming after he was slammed with homicide charges which could possibly result in death.
Recall that Osinachi died on April 8, 2022 after spending some time on life support.
In reaction to the ugly incident that led to her death Senior Pastor of the Revival Assembly Church Lagos, Anselm Madubuko, had said religion killed the Ekwueme crooner.
Since her death, there have been allegations that she died as a result of gender-based violence (GBV) perpetrated by the husband.
Taking to his official Facebook page on Monday April 11, Pastor Madubuko also predicted more separations and divorces among couples.
“Religion killed Osinachi”, he wrote. Adding, ” Eisssssh..Coming soon. Separations and Divorces…Brace up guys. So help us dear Lord!. As long as we believe that knowing Jesus alone is not enough for heaven, people will keep dying out of fear.”
