Chelsea legend, John Terry, has said that Nigerians know how to enjoy life..
Terry said he loves the energy and passion of Nigerians, adding that he had an unbelievable time in Nigeria.
The former England international was recently in Nigeria to feature in a game tagged “Battle of the Greats” at Onikan Stadium.
Asked whether he enjoyed his time in Nigeria and when next he will visit the West African giants again, Terry wrote in an Instagram Q&A, “You guys know how to enjoy life and I love the energy and passion.
“Unbelievable time,” he posted alongside the flag of Nigeria.
Terry left Chelsea in 2017 after spending 22 years at Stamford Bridge.
Within this period, the former defender played alongside Nigeria ex-internationals such as Mikel, Victor Moses and Celestine Babayaro.
