It’ s so sad to mention that the popular Nigerian comedienne, Ada Jesus has recently died.

Reports have it that the talented comedienne was battling with kidney disease for several months. On Tuesday night being 20th April, 2020, she suffered from cardiac arrest and was immediately rushed to the hospital, but died the following day being 21st April, 2021.

Her death was a shock to many Nigerians as they are already sending their condolence messages across various social media platforms.

For the past few months, you might have come across the trending stories of the female comedian, popularly known as Ada Jesus, who clocked 22 years some days age.

According to those stories, she was seeking forgiveness in her sick bed from those she had wrongly accused in the past.

The people that she accused wronged in the past were Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanemere Odumejeje, actress Rita Edochie and other traditional worshipers. She was later forgiven by all these people.

It was gathered that Comedienne Ada Jesus believed in superstition. This made her to ignore medical helps, even when people were ever ready to fly her to abroad for proper attention. In addition to that, Odumeje rendered help by sending money of about N1 Million, but her (Ada Jesus) mother rejected it.

Ada Jesus might be superstitious in this context, as been supported by many Nigerians, as she thought that her illness was a spiritual thing, owing to the fact that Odumeje she lied against cursed her.

However, the lessons to learn from the story of Ada Jesus is for all of us to know that death is inevitable. It does not know who is rich nor who is poor.

We should be careful with what we do, most especially, the way we lie against people. There’ s a saying that goes, ” We all sow what we reap, sooner or later” . Before Ada Jesus died, she acknowledged her wrong doings, in which she lied against people and asked to be forgiven. Despite that the people she wronged refused to forgive her at the first instance, she later got what she was looking for and she was given. That’ s just the highest peace of mind she had when she was alive.
