1. Smoked animal products:
Smoked food can be very dangerous, especially if the food is smoked in an open door environment. It may contain fine particles that can affect your lungs and heart and cause you serious health problems. Some people cannot eat without smoked fish or meat. Smoked foods also contain benzpyrenes and anthracenes, which are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by absorbing tar from smoke. Aromatic hydrocarbons are very dangerous for the body, they can cause various types of cancer, such as cancer of the lungs, bladder, skin.
2. A spice or condiment that contains sodium glutamate monohydrate
Do not use spices or condiments that contain sodium monosodium glutamate. Just because you want your food to taste and smell good doesn’ t mean you should use ingredients that can seriously damage your health. Excessive use of this chemical can cause cancer and obesity, so you should learn to alleviate it when using it for cooking or to avoid it altogether.
3. Artificial sweeteners
Most of the things we eat contain artificial sweeteners, such as canned drinks, canned fruits and vegetables, road ice cream, canned meat, canned fish, some dessert and snacks, etc. Some of these artificial sweeteners are saccharin, sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, neotame, refined sugar. These artificial sweeteners can affect your body in a way that can kill you or cause a serious lifelong illness. It is able to increase blood sugar levels, which triggers diabetes and obesity. Too much artificial sweetener risks your chances of developing cancer.
Instead of artificial sweeteners, it is better to use ingredients such as honey, brown sugar, ground crayfish, curry, thyme seed, garlic, onion, ginger, fresh fish or meat, which will help you reduce your risk of cancer and other health problems.
