Shame has covered a Police officer in Busia on the Kenya-Uganda boarder as he has been nabbed red handed drilling oils of a female COVID-19 patient who is in a quarantine centre at Agricultural Training Centre (ATC).
This shameful act happened today Friday where the two caught in act could not hold their libido and decided to smash and curb their need.
