Lionel Messi’s recent misery for Argentina continued on Saturday night when the Barcelona star was sent off in the Copa America third-placed play-off.
Argentina were 2-0 up when Messi received his marching orders in the first half after clashing with Chile’s Gary Medel, who was also shown a straight red.
