Drama As Woman’s Engagement Ring Falls Into The Drain Moments After Boyfriend Proposed (Video)

A woman was thrown into despair recently after she lost her engagement ring moments after her boyfriend opposed to her.

An overjoyed woman’s immense happiness was dampened almost immediately after her boyfriend made marriage proposal to her.

The Independent reports that the couple were visiting New York when the man decided to make marriage proposal to his girlfriend.

She said “Yes,” and the elated man quickly sealed it with a ring.

However, as they moved on during the sight-seeing, the ring slipped off the fiancee’s finger and dropped into a barricaded drain.

The woman’s ring fell off and sank into the drain

The distraught couple did all they could to retrieve it, but they were unlucky.

After they had moved on, the Police successfully recovered the ring, and, through a tweet that soon went viral, finally located the couple who were very grateful to have the ring back.
