Mourinho Could Be Sacked Next Week

The under-fire Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho may not last much longer at Old Trafford as efforts are being made for his replacement.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho could be sacked next week if his side lose to Newcastle on Saturday, claims The Sun.

The Magpies will visit Old Trafford without a league win this season, and should their first victory come against Mourinho’s struggling side it could prove too much for the club’s board, who have lost faith in the Portuguese manager.

Mourinho’s status at the club is being helped, however, by former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane distancing himself from the Old Trafford job.

Jose Mourinho is worried about a lack of support at Manchester United despite feeling a lack of support from the club, The Times claims.

The scrutiny for the Portuguese boss is at a high point following Tuesday’s 0-0 draw with Valencia.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey’s salary demands are currently too high for Juventus, reports Calciomercato.

Ramsey is set to hit the free-agent market this summer after contract renewal talks with the Gunners fell apart.

Juve are on a list of several teams interested in the midfielder, which also includes AC Milan, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
