BREAKING News: Ex-Gov. Fayose Arrives In Lagos Court For His Trial (Photos)

Former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, has been brought to the court in Lagos by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for his trial.

Former Governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, who was captured on camera as he arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe airport in Abuja, and later boarded a MaxAir flight VM1643 to Lagos for his trial, has bee seen arriving in court this Monday morning for his trial.

Photos which were shared online by PUNCH, show the controversial politician arriving in court as he was led by officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a white bus manned by heavy security Monday morning.

Fayose is being defended by a former Attorney General of the Federation, Chief Kanu Agabi (SAN).

Agabi was also counseled for the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, when he was tried before the Code of Conduct Tribunal for alleged false asset declaration.

The court is expected to sit at 9am.
