Ahead of the 2019 general election, a group has purchased expression of interest and nomination form from the ruling APC for President Muhammadu Buhari.
A group on Wednesday, picked the expression of interest and nomination formfor President Muhammadu Buhari so as to aid him contest in the forthcoming primary election of his ruling All Progressives Congress APC ahead of the 2019 general elections.
The president’s special adviser on new media, Basir Ahmad, made the revelation on Twitter as he shared photos from the purchase of the forms and wrote:
“While President @MBuhari is far in China, a group of good Nigerians bought expression of interest form and nomination form for him. #PMB 2.0.”
The form, sold for N45 million, was purchased on his behalf Wednesday by one of his support groups, the Nigerian Consolidation Ambassadors Network.
