A Nigerian man who protested against the hardship in Nigeria by climbing a mast has reportedly been arrested by DSS.
Nura Iliyasu, the man who climbed a mast to protest against President Muhammadu Buhari asking him to resign over the impunity going on in the country has been reportedly arrested by men of the Department of State Security Services.

This was made public by Activist, Adeyanju Deji’s ‘Concerned Nigeria’ group who are threatening to occupy the SSS office if Nura is not released unconditionally.

Deji wrote:

“I have just been informed that this great Nigerian that protested the untold hardship in the country calling on President Buhari to resign has spent 3dsys in SSS custody. This is unacceptable. We @ConcernedNIG are calling for his unconditional release or we will #OcuppySSS.”

Recall that Nura climbed the mast and protested for 24 hours before he was prevailed upon to come down.
