UEFA made a huge blooper on their official website by announcing Liverpool Champions League winners

European football’s governing body made a huge blooper on their website by revealing the Reds beat Real Madrid to be named kings of Europe.

A banner at the top of the ‘history’ section of their site clearly says “Season 2017/18 Winner Liverpool.”

Jurgen Klopp’s side face back-to-back winners Real Madrid on May 26 in Kiev gunning for their sixth European crown.

Amazingly it’s not the first time the Reds have been involved in a Champions League scandal.

Suspicious fans feared the semi-final draw was fixed after Roma advertised tickets to take on Liverpool before the names were pulled out of the hat.The two clubs then faced each other in the draw.

Liverpool fans will be hoping the latest gaffe is another sign of things to come.
