Now, anyone who has ever attempted to assemble a monster LEGO set like this will relate to the task ahead of the dad-of-four – these things can take ages.

At least the build will keep him busy as he chills beside the pool ahead of the new Premier League season’s big kick-off on Friday.

He just better hope he doesn’t step on one of those little squares barefoot. If he thought breaking his metatarsal was painful…
