Asari Dokubo Speaks on Forms, Systems, Structures of Biafra Government (Video)
The former militant leader, Asari Dokubo, Sunday, described the fight for self independent by Biafrans as a wonderful action, nothing that such hustle if actualized will reduce injustices, marginalization and corrupt practices experienced in Nigeria government.
Dokubo who spoke in a 13 minutes video clip, gave a talk he tagged, ‘Biafra 101 talk 2’. He said that Biafra will be a confederal state which will be called, ‘United state of Biafra or United Biafra states ’, USB or UBS respectively.
He equally said that Biafrans have started their constitutional engineering process since three years ago, with professional bodies coming together to have a uniform agreement.
He spoke on Biafra forms, systems, structures of government and their constitution.
