Arsenal is offering Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil 20 per cent pay rises to stay .
Reports from Daily Mail says Arsenal have offered the star duo mega pay – rises – in the region of 20 per cent – in a bid to persuade the pair to sign .
The wage increases would be triggered once Arsenal regain their Champions League status .
The Gunners missed out on qualifying for European football ’ s top club competition for the first time in 20 years last season after finishing fifth.
Sanchez and Ozil have both rejected new deals in – excess of £250 , 000 – per -week and are entering the final 12 months of their existing deals .
