BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Launches 50 Missiles Against Syria

The U.S. has launched a military strike on an airbase in Syria, a U.S. official has confirmed. The official says the airstrikes which consisted of dozens of tomahawk missiles have been completed.

Al Jazeera reports that fifty missiles launched at Syria after suspected chemical attack in Idlib province,

The attack follows a weapons attack in northern Syria on Tuesday, in which Sarin gas was used, according to Turkey’s health minister.

The United state President, Donald Trump, did not debunk the fact that he ordered US wardship to launch a 50-60 Tomahawk cruise missiles at a Syrian government airbase where the warplanes that carried out the chemical attacks on Syria were based. Issuing a statement to the public, Trump said, ” My fellow Americans, on Tuesday Syria dictator Bashar al- Asaad launched a horrible chemical weapons attack on innocent civilians. Using a deadly nerve agent, Asaad choked out the lives of helpless men, women and children”

“It was a slow and brutal for so many even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack. No child of God should ever suffer such horror.

” Tonight i ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched. It is in this vital national security interest of United state to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly weapons”

He equally stated that Syria has violated the UN security council banned chemical weapons. Trump said that all the attempt to change Asaad’s behaviour failed dramatically, as a result the refugee crisis deepens and the region continues to destabilize, threatening the united state and its allies.

Trump called all civilized nations to join US in seeking to an end the slaughter and bloodshed in Syria and terrorism at large.

Similarly, It was filed that United States launched a military strike on a Syrian government in retaliation for their chemical weapons attack on civilians earlier in the week. Report state that the US and the world community stood by as Syria dictator Bashar al-Asaad,brutally tortured and murdered over 500,000 of his own people.

According to senator Bob Coker, a US senator, ” It is critical that Asaad knows he will no longer enjoy impunity for his horrific crime against his own citizens and this proportional step was appropriate’. As we move forward it will be important for the administration to engage with congress and clearly communicate its full strategy to the American people.”
