President Buhari And His Wife In US With 108-Man Delegation Despite Recession

President Muhammadu Buhari has led a shocking 86-man delegation to the United Nations general assembly in New York despite the poor state of the country’s economy

President Muhammadu Buhari is accused of being deceptive with some of his plans. With Nigeria’s economy in recession and hardship in the land, President Muhammadu Buhari has led a 86 man delegation to the United Nations general assembly in New York. According to a tweet by citizen journalism website, Sahara Reporters, the breakdown of the President’s team includes 16 man presidential advance team, 14 presidential aides, 32 ministers and aides, 24 officials of foreign affairs and other MDAs.

Also, the president’s wife, Mrs Aisha Buhari is also separately attending the UNGA with 22 persons, including wives of Governors. Her delegation is reportedly privately financed. Speaking with our reporter, Femi Adesina the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity said he does not have the total figure of the President’s delegate to the United Nation’s General Assembly.
