How To Deactivate All Unsolicited Messages/services On Etisalat, And Stop Unecessary Deduction Of Your Money

Recently we brought you a report that NCC Banned Spam Messages/Calls for all Telecommunication Services, Defaulters To Pay N5M Fine. Etisalat Nigeria has responded by providing a code to deactivate all unsolicited services (calls/sms).
 Below is the code to stop all messages. 
1. For alert services text STOP to 224 to stop receiving unsolicited text messages from the Etisalat network.
2.For caller ring back tune, this service can be deactivated by dialing *251*2#.
But remember the total deactivation might take up to seven days.
