Below are list of promises made by Buhari which he might fail to keep (probably failed already in some)…
1). Stabilising Oil Price: During an interview on channels TV read what he said below;
Channels Presenter: How do you intend to manage the economy in the face of dwindling oil price.
Buhari: first we will stabilize the oil market and run an accountable govt.
2). Making 1Naira = 1dollar: During the South-East presidential rally of the APC at Dan Anyima Stadium, Owerri. Buhari said he would ensure that the Naira was equal to the dollar in value, if voted into office.
3). Revamp Enugu coal
4). Utilize it to generate electricity
5). And create one million jobs in four years from coal for Igbo youths.
The above three where made during his campaign rally at Enugu State.
6). Reduce Petrol Price To N40 Per Litre: Former Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Prof. Tamunoemi David-West, said that Nigerians should expect sharp drop in petrol price from the current N87 to about N40 per litre, saying, “the president-elect, Gen. Mohammed Buhari, will reduce the fuel pump price to N40 per litre.”
