12-year-Old Nigerian Living In USA Emerge As The Youngest Film-Maker In History
An American girl of Nigerian descent “Zuriel Oduwole” at age 12 became the youngest film-maker in history. Her documentary titled “A Promised Africa” was premiered in Lagos in November, 2014 and is expected to reach the international circuit around this year where it would be filmed as far as East Asia and the Oceania. The documentary will also be moving to London later this month.
The twelve-year-old was in the list of the 100 most influential African in the Forbes Magazine 2013, an honor that is as rare as hitting a gem for a person of such an impressionable age
Zuriel Oduwole is indeed a ‘walking blueprint’ of an enigma code where the young can be developed to extraordinary talent. Many policymakers around the world are seeking such blueprints and both Japan and Singapore have managed to acquire such where there are many young talents being groomed there to achieve extraordinary feat.
