Chaos In Russia After Apple CEO, Tim Cook Declared He Is Gay
Just as I expected, when Apple CEO Tim Cook came out as gay, I knew that there might be consequences, unfortunately it has started. A human-sized iPhone statue featuring a screen that displays a photo and video tribute to Apple Inc founder, Steve Jobs, which was erected in St Petersburg, Russia in 2013, was dismantled by the people who put it up, a day after Apple CEO, Tim Cook, came out as gay.
The Russian group of companies that erected the monument released a statement today saying it was taken down on Friday Oct. 31st, because they needed to abide by ‘a law combating gay propaganda”. Whatever that means.I guess Nigerian Iphone users will be band from using Iphone soon, since Nigeria also isn’t a country for such. This will be a huge market advantage for major Android phone makers, example; Samsung, HTC,Sony Xperia etc to take over the mobile phone market.Or don’t you think so?
