FRUSTRATION: Childless Couple Burns Holy Bible

A sustained couple, Benson Ogwu and his wife, yesterday, took out their anger on childlessness to burn their Holy Bible around Bonssac Quarters area of Asaba, Delta State.
Leadership NG reports that hundreds of people were attracted to the area yesterday as they put fire on the Holy Bible in a bid to show their grief against God who has not deemed it fit to give them a child since they started their love journey 16 years back.
It was reported that although the couple got married in the Catholic Mission, they are members of a popular pentecostal church in their area which they joined just immediately after their wedding.
The couple were more angry with God when recently a prophet told them that they had a delay in having children because they were far from God. However, a source close to the couple made it known that they were disillusioned after several prophets told them that the Lord was totally fed up of their Christian practice.
The couple, all in an attempt to get children sought the assistance of many native doctors, who allegedly lured them into serving his idol popularly known as “Onishe” where they were assured they would have children within three years.
