“Mark Angel was paying Emmanuella 20k monthly, we didn’t know we were making $160k monthly then off Mark Angel Comedy’s Facebook revenue.”

He was paying Emmanuella N20k and gave me N50k once, even though we were making $160k monthly. He claimed the skits weren’t bringing in money, Skitmaker Denilson Igwe calls out Mark Angel

Denilson Igwe, the alleged founder of Mark Angel Comedy, has called out his old colleague Mark Angel of earning a lot of money and providing stipends to him and Emmanuella.

Mark Angel’s comedy rose to prominence in 2014, and it frequently featured performances and acting by three cast members: two men and a youngster (Emmanuella).

According to a recent Podcast disclosure, Denilson Igwe claimed to have created the group while Mark handled the online presentation.

However, he said that Mark commercialized their social media profiles and keeps all the revenues for himself, with the exception of monthly stipends sent to Emmanuella.

He also described how Mark purchased a vehicle with his profits while claiming to have gotten it as a gift.

Denilson accused Mark of stealing off the team of Mark Angel Comedy.

“I was the one that started Mark Angel comedy. Mark was the elder brother of the house, he was a security in Portharcourt while I was doing camera work for a man called Ifeanyi.

“I stole his camera and in our free time, I would do those comedies. Mark created a Facebook page and I did not even know when it was monetized. Suddenly in 2014, he bought a car and he said he got it as a gift.

“I haven’t received a penny then and he’d pay Emmanuella N20K monthly. 2016 was when he gave me N50K, saying this thing no dey bring money and we were making $160,000. If you talk about him, it’s either you die or have accident.”
