Kenneth Okonkwo Sends Fresh Message To Labour Party Members After Dumping Peter Obi

A former spokesperson of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 presidential election, Kenneth Okonkwo has urged members of the party to fight for its soul.

This is coming after the LP 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi declared that Okonkwo was not a mole but a beloved brother.

Recall that LP had accused the former spokesman of being a mole after he announced that he was dumping the party and the Obidient movement.

However, Obi lamented that he was sad that Okonkwo was leaving the party, insisting that he played a pivotal role in the party’s struggle to create a new Nigeria.

It seems that Obi’s statement might have pacified Okonkwo as the politician took to his X account to urge Nigerians to avoid the Abure-led National Working Committee like a plague.

He advised LP members to build a party that would successfully wrestle power from the present administration

According to him, ” Abure disgraced out of INEC meeting with his fellow disgraced Umar Farouk. I advised Nigerians and all intending aspirants to any elective positions in Nigeria to avoid Abure led National Working Committee like a plague in order to avoid being swindled.

“We must continue to fight for the soul of Labour Party to provide a veritable platform to fight for the welfare of Nigerians. Every Labour Party member should join hands with the Labour Party stakeholders led by the National Transition Committee to build a strong Party that can wrestle power from these kakistocrats and kleptocrats for the benefit of Nigerians.”
