“Why? People dey hungry una dey share perfume” — Desmond Elliot slammed for sharing perfume on the streets of Lagos (Watch)
Nigerians rage after a video of Desmond Elliot generously sharing perfumes, markers and jotters to youths on the streets of Lagos trends.
The actor turned politician was re-elected in the 2023 general elections as the Lawmaker representing Surulere constituency.
The lawmaker took to the streets of Lagos in what looks like an APC rally to share gifts to the youths on the streets.
Many of them were seen fighting over the shared items and struggling to get their own share from the politician.
However, many Nigerians have called him out for his disassociation from reality as they claim most Nigerians are hungry and struggling due to the ravaging economy.
