Hardship: “Be patient with my father” – President Tinubu’s daughter begs Nigerians
President Bola Tinubu’s daughter, Alhaja Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, has called on Nigerians to be patient with her father over the harsh economic hardship in the country.
The Iyaloja General of Lagos State made the plea when she spoke to newsmen after an event at the National Stadium, Surulere, on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
She urged Nigerians to keep hope alive, saying the economic downturn is a global phenomenon which is not limited to Nigeria.
She said.
“My message to all Nigerians is to please exercise a little more patience. Everything will be alright; it’s just a matter of time. We need to keep our hope alive. There is an economic downturn all over the world, and not in Nigeria alone. But we pray Allah will see us through.”
