“Tired of being single” – 34-year-old woman offers N4.4m reward for anyone who can link her up with a man who will marry her
A 34-year-old woman Eve Tilley has taken to TikTok to announce a generous reward of KSh 786,000 (N4.4 million) for anyone who can successfully introduce her to the man she will marry.
With a substantial following of over 1,000,000 on her TikTok account @evetilley, Eve hopes to leverage the power of social media to find her life partner.
Eve shared the unique proposition in a video that has since gone viral, amassing over 556,000 views and generating thousands of comments.
In the video, she explained that she had previously extended the offer to friends and her boss, but without success in finding a suitable match.
Undeterred, Eve has now opened up the opportunity to the general public, specifying her criteria for the ideal husband.
The lucrative offer stands for anyone who introduces Eve to a man she walks down the aisle and marries, regardless of the duration of the marriage.
“So the offer is if you introduce me to my husband and I marry him, I will give you KSh 786,000. I don’t have to stay married to him for long, I can get divorced from him in 20 years, it doesn’t matter, but if you introduce to me a man that I walk down the aisle and get married to, I will give you KSh 786,000,” Eve said.
Eve’s criteria for her prospective husband include age (between 27 and 40), a love for sports, good communication skills, a height of at least six feet, and possessing a good sense of wit, banter, and the ability to poke fun at her.
Additionally, she specified a preference for a teetotaller.
The video has elicited varied responses, with many expressing interest in helping Eve find a husband.
Some individuals humorously proposed marrying her for the monetary reward, while others questioned the necessity of such a unique approach.
Responding to inquiries, Eve explained that she had been single for over two years and had grown tired of traditional dating methods, including dating apps and blind dates.
