Ten Hag speaks on Antony’s return to Man Utd squad

Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag, hinted at when Antony could play for the Premier League club again..

Antony has returned to training amid domestic abuse allegations.

In a statement on Friday, United confirmed that Antony was available for selection, having spent the few weeks dealing with allegations made by his ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin.


When asked for his thoughts on the matter, Ten Hag simply said: “We make the statement, so I refer to the statement; everything has been made clear in the statement.

“No, I don’t think it’s a distraction [on the rest of the squad]. We will focus on the games. He will do as well.”

The Red Devils welcome Crystal Palace for the second time this weekend on Saturday.
