Man Stóned To Dèàth Inside His Car By Okada Riders For Accidentally H!tting Their Colleague In Jos (Graphic Photos)

In a sad information reaching Becksblog.com.ng, that a young man identified as Fwinbe Thomas, was on Monday night, September 25, lynched by some motorcycle riders popularly known as Okada riders in Jos, Plateau.


According report, Thomas who is in his early thirties, was lynched and stoned to death inside his car around Domkat Bali, Jos South Local government area of the state.

Plateau Journal gathered that, Thomas was heading home when the ugly incident happened.

Sources alleged that he had brushed a motorcycle rider around Tudun Wada motor park, prompting the riders to give him a hot chase and when they eventually caught up with him, they perpetrated the evil act.


In another report, the victim was said to be misidentified as a thief during a hot pursuit. When he was caught, an enraged mob pelt upon him with stones and inflict brutal beatings, leading to his death.

In some pictures going viral on social media, heavy stones and big firewoods which they used in hitting him till he died, was seen.


An anonymous however, alleged that this development has created several tension around the community.

The source called on security operatives to enforce the ban Motorcycle riders in the state.

At the time for filing this report, his family and friends are all over the social media platform to demand for justice for Fwinbe Thomas.

Meanwhile, in a related development, the Plateau state government on Tuesday said it observed with dismay the non-adherence of the 6am to 6pm operation period for tricycle operators and the increasing rate of activities of motor cycle operators which he re-echoed remains banned.

State commissioner for Information and Communication, Mister Musa Ashoms, made this known after the State Executive Council- SEC meeting, held at the Government House, Little Rayfield, Jos.

The Governor of Plateau state Bar Caleb Mutfwang have in several fora said his administration is determined to bring back night life in Jos metropolis and ensure that lasting peace is restored to Jos.
