BREAKING: Jubilation As APC Loses In Supreme Court (Details below)

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal brought forward by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Uche Nnaji, in the recent gubernatorial election in Enugu State.

They contested the victory of Peter Mbah from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

A five-member panel of the highest court delivered a judgment on Friday, stating that the APC and Nnaji’s legal team submitted an inadequate brief of argument. They were unable to present a convincing case to the court, justifying why the appellants’ deficient brief should be accepted.

Justice Tijani Abubakar, in the leading judgment, pointed out that the inadequacy of the appellants’ brief affected the entire appeal. Consequently, the brief and appeal from the appellants were dismissed.
