Drama as Osun Assembly Speaker busts policemen extorting youths via bank transfer (Watch Video)
Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Adewale Egbedun rescued a group of youths who were being extorted by policemen in the state.
A video which surfaced on social media shows the moment, he confronted the police officers who were stationed at a checkpoint.
The security personnel who were fully armed tried hiding their faces as the Speaker’s entourage surrounded them and were filming.
Someone in the background could be heard explaining how the police are fund of collecting money from youths in the state through bank transfers, but their act was busted on that particular day.
Egbedun, who was evidently angry also told people in his entourage to ensure that they record every policeman on the team so that they could be exposed.
