“I’m not married” – BBNaija’s Chichi denies being married

Big Brother Naija 2022 contestant, Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor, also known as Chichi has reacted to rumours that she is married with children.

The former exotic dancer who spoke during the BBNaija Level Up reunion show on Friday, June 30th denied being married.

In January 2023, some photos of Chichi with a man and baby made the rounds online and it was alleged that they were her family.

But Chichi clarified the man in question is her father’s youngest brother, so she does not know where people got the perception that he is her husband.

It may be recalled that Phyna had, during the reunion show on Thursday, said Chichi abandoned her husband and two children in Benin.

The season 7 winner alleged that the ex-stripper’s abandonment of her family led to the death of one of the children.

Ebuka asked Chichi if coming for the reunion was worth it and she explained that she was glad he did, because it made her know what her colleagues think about her and gave her the opportunity to clear some misconceptions.

Speaking on the matter during the final episode, Chichi said; “I’ve heard things, that I’m married with kids. That’s my father’s last sibling, so how am I married to my uncle? I don’t even understand.

So many other things and the kind of narratives the housemates have towards me…”
