The police prosecutor, Mr Akao Moremi, notified the court that he would be calling five witnesses to testify in the case. He, therefore, applied for a date to enable him to study the case file.

The defendant’s counsel, Mr S. A Iluyemi said there is a move of settlement. He prayed the court to release the defendant to him and promised that the defendant would pay the complainants money before the next day of adjournment.
