“What Obi Needs To Do To Win At The Court Of Appeal Presidential Tribunal” – Izegbu Narrate
An analyst, Chinwe Izegbu, has spoken about the chances of the labor party presidential aspirant, Peter Gregory Obi at the court of appeal presidential tribunal.
Izegbu, while speaking on the TV station on Tuesday, said all Peter needs to do at the Tribunal is just to sufficiently establish the three grounds of section 134 of the electoral act which states that there were electoral malpractices
After the presenter asked ” what will Peter obi need to make a strong case here?
“Peter obi will need to sufficiently establish before the court these three grounds of section 134 particularly which state that there were Electoral corrupt practices.
That with effect, get to the point without wasting much time, will be about the ballot papers where there is a discrepancy between the ballot papers and the BIVAS electronic results.
With all these, I think Mr peter Obi will have a very good ground of succeeding the court of appeal presidential election tribunal”
