“God, please don’t let me see what will make me leave smoking” – Naira Marley prays
Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has revealed his earnest prayer to God.
The controversial singer, who is known for singing vulgar songs and smoking heavily, took to Twitter to pray against anything that would make him quit his smoking habit.
According to him, he doesn’t want to experience anything, either physical, spiritual or economical, that would make him stop smoking.
He tweeted on Tuesday,
“God please don’t let me see what will make me leave smoking. Amen”

A while back, a Nigerian lady who claimed to have lived in Naira Marley’s residence for a time has claimed that the singer is not who many think he is.
She recounted her encounter with the Marlian Music boss during a sit-down interview with YouTuber, Shaddee.
According to the yet-to-be identified lady, she spent six days in the same compound as the singer, and he only left his apartment twice.
She averred that Naira Marley is not as ghetto or razz as he portrays on social media, and he actually has a calm and introverted personality.
The lady, who spoke highly of the singer who sings about sex and obscenity, opined that he probably created the persona he exhibits online to suit his style of music.
She said in part,
“I shot somewhere he stays and for the 6 days I stayed there he didn’t show up. It was just twice because he needed to leave the compound.
“Okay twice the second time was because they called his attention so his car so he peeped and said a few words and then he went back inside.
