After Confirming She Was Dead, The Policemen Took Her Body And Put It In A Truck – Bolanle’s Husband Lament

Gbenga Raheem, the husband of a female lawyer, Omobolanle, who was shot dead by an Assistant Superintendent of Police, Drambi Vandi, has narrated how his wife was killed.

According to him, his pregnant wife was killed by a policeman when they were coming back from an Eatery. The reported that there was pandemonium in the Ajah area of Lagos State on Sunday when a policeman attached to the Ajah Police Station shot dead the female lawyer, Raheem. The incident threw the community into confusion as the cop, who was with a team of policemen, fled the scene

Narrating the incident, the victim’s husband, Gbenga, said: “On December 25, my wife and relatives who had come for the holiday, all went to church. On our way back, my wife said we should take everyone out since it is Christmas. So, we went to an eatery to get Pizza.

On our way back, we saw policemen stopping some vehicles. As we approached them, they said we should stop, and in the process, my wife was shot.

All of a sudden, saw blood gushing out of her chest. After the incident, we took her to Grandville Hospital, where she was confirmed dead. The policemen took her body and put it in the truck; they wanted me to follow then but I declined’
