Queen Elizabeth’s Multi-Million Dollar Coffin Arrives

The Royal Family has confirmed the arrival of the multi-million dollar coffin that will be used to bury the late Queen Elizabeth..





The Royal Family made this confirmation on their official social media handles and according to the posts, the coffin will be placed in the Throne Room.

The post reads;

“Her Majesty The Queen’s coffin has arrived at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, where it will rest in the Throne Room until tomorrow afternoon.”


The queen was the longest-serving British monarch as she ascended the throne in February 1952 which means she rules for 70 years.

She was born in Mayfair, London, as the Duke and Duchess of York’s first child (later King George VI and Queen Elizabeth).

Following the abdication of her father’s brother, King Edward VIII, in 1936, Elizabeth became the heir presumptive.

She was educated privately at home and began performing public duties during WWII when she joined the Auxiliary Territorial Service.

She married Philip Mountbatten, a former prince of Greece and Denmark, in November 1947, and their marriage lasted 73 years until his death in April 2021.

Charles III, Anne, Princess Royal, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex were their four children.
