#BBNaija: “Hypocrites!” — Diana slams her fellow housemates for acting surprised when Amaka was evicted despite nominating her

Big Brother Naija level-up housemate, Diana Edobor, has berated her colleagues for feigning surprise when Amaka was evicted from the show.

On Monday, the organizers of the show did an unusual eviction twist, and the housemate with the highest number of nominations was evicted on the spot.

Amaka and Doyin had the highest number of nominations – they were both nominated six times – but only the former was booted out of the show.

Speaking on Amaka’s sudden eviction during her diary session, Diana said she was taken aback when the housemates acted surprised and sad to see Amaka leave the house.

According to her, some of the housemates acted more surprised than Amaka herself and she found it weird because they were the ones that put her on the chopping block in the first place. She further stated that all the housemates are ‘hypocrites’.

In other news, Amaka has said she felt betrayed by her close friend, Phyna’s decision to date her love interest, Groovy.

Amaka opened up on how she felt about Phyna and Groovy’s relationship in her post-eviction interview with Lagos Talks.

The 23-year-old disclosed that she felt betrayed because she sent Phyna to speak to Groovy in her favour but rather, she changed the narrative and told him she was interested in another male housemate, Giddyfia.

According to Amaka, she expected Phyna to ‘bring back the package with her name on it but she brought it back with her own name on it.’

She however added that she thinks Phyna deserves him more because she had a stronger guts to go for him.
