Veteran Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwo has called out Nigerian politicians who fail to honor their promises when they come into power..
The actress has taken to her social media page to state that the country needs a leader who can provide for the citizens with what they need which includes basic amenities.
Patience Ozokwo questioned politicians why they fail to provide social amenities after contesting for positions. She listed down some needs which are basic and should be provided effortlessly for citizens.
In her words…
“Dear Nigerian Politicians
Come 2023 we need a leader that CAN and that WILL UNFAILINGLY provide Nigerians with BASIC HUMAN NEEDS:
Food
Shelter
Sleep
Clothing
Security
Employment
Good Health System
Education
These are the bare necessities for survival. Why contest if you know you can’t?
Why contest if you know you won’t? Have we not suffered enough?
