What Groom Did After He Was Permitted to change mind and choose any of his bride’s pretty friends (Video below)
A traditional marriage rite between two Igbo families has stirred reactions following a ‘special’ pass given to the groom.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the groom was given permission to choose any of his bride’s friends.
The ladies who were elegantly dressed strutted in front of him so that he can have a good view and possibly change his mind about who he wants to marry.
It was all done for fun purposes and the man remained resolute in his decision to marry the love of his life.
The young suitor eventually pointed to his wife-to-be and said that she is the one he chooses to be with. The elders asked him repeatedly if he is sure and he answered in the affirmative.
